Onsite Visit & Project Plan
We come to your home, measure the bathroom, and talk through materials, layout, the work involved, and a realistic schedule. The project and your estimate are agreed before any installation begins.

Protection & Preparation
We protect the work area, complete any removal included in the estimate, and check the surface underneath. If something we find would change the work, we talk it through with you before going further.

Wet-Area Preparation
Where your project includes a shower or other wet area, we install the waterproofing system chosen for your estimate. Dry floors and walls get the preparation confirmed for those surfaces.

Layout & Tile Installation
We confirm the layout and the details that show at corners, edges, and transitions. Tile is cut and set to that plan, with care at every place the surfaces meet.

Finishing & Walkthrough
We grout the tile, seal it if sealing is part of your estimate, and complete the transitions. Then we clean the work area, walk the bathroom with you, and explain when you can use it and how to care for it.
